About Jeff
Jeff is an intuitive coach with experience teambuilding alongside senior leaders at 100+ top technology startups and as an advisor and entrepreneur in the hospitality, arts, vineyard, wine, and retail industries.
He is passionate about using courageous communication to distill complex issues to make real, lasting impact. He specializes in leadership and culture development, career acceleration, communicating with emotional intelligence, and constructive conflict styles either 1:1 or in a group setting.
A naturally inquisitive lifelong learner, Jeff has earned a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and has been trained in Positive Intelligence at the PQ Institute. His methodology is based on Appreciative Inquiry and the Growth Mindset, which hold that everyone can learn, change and grow.
In addition to coaching and consulting, Jeff is a father, Master Gardener, Eagle Scout, sculptor, and intro-level Somm. He lives with his family in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where he is restoring a 100-year-old home and farms two acres of Pinot Noir grapes.
